@punker barbie this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait on anything from CB support. I guess the issue that is frustrating to me is I locked the account in error and they are not responding to unlock it. I haven’t violated any rules and I just don’t understand how this is taking so long .

I wrote them on Saturday and got answered on Sunday but then complete silence. Maybe they are having longer response delay than usual

Thank you. This is really frustrating. I literally just need a password reset and I’m baffled because the platform is so huge, it has to be a common issue— especially since we literally click a button ourselves to lock the account ( accidentally or not).I wrote them on Saturday and got answered on Sunday but then complete silence.
