    I did contact them. They told me to resubmit the documents. I did so, and then they denied the information and told me to resubmit again. I don't know what else to do. And its a bit frustrating.

    Hey @punker barbie my account "deletedsoulmike" was banned because the website thought I was underage, so I completed the account verification. Everything got approved, but I am still banned. Can you please assist me with this?

    Account Ban support

    So I was chatting with this model, that I am really close with. I refresh the page, and I am banned? I lost all my pvt show recordings etc. I have spent quite a bit of money on the site, so I am honestly shocked. Can someone please help? My username was deletedsoulmike.
