    That sucks. Since CB has already denied your refund request they are unlikely to change their mind. Being verified would have no bearing on their decision. It's a bit of an expensive learning experience, but never tip that much without developing communication with the model first and watching...

    I believe that is all done with OBS. The instructions I linked to can be used to add any image/overlay to your stream.

    To add a DMCA badge you'll need to add it as an overlay in OBS, you can't do it in your bio. Chaturbate has instructions here.

    That is my understanding, and the TOS would seem to agree: Otherwise CB wouldn't allow broadcasters to sell access to their other social media accounts (Snapchat, Onlyfans, Instagram etc.)

    Having multiple accounts is not against the TOS, it is just creating a new account to try and avoid a ban. If that was an account you had already created then you are fine.

    Note, Chaturbate bans people not accounts, and creating new account to try to evade a ban violates the TOS. So all of your accounts, and any new ones you create, will be banned until this issue is resolved. Hopefully CB can resolve it in your favor shortly, but it does often take days or weeks...

    Did anyone mention minors or under age play? A user simply mentioning minors is a TOS violation if you did not immediately ban the user and report them to support. Performers ignoring such comments is a common cause of mysterious bans.

    And the studios that engage in this kind of behaviour should be removed from the platform. It is not the model that is facilitating others to provide a false ID, it is the studio. How about a one-strike rule these studios?
