    The tube sites based in the US are then statutorily liable for copyright infringement. That's anywhere from $750-$30,0000 per infringement. That's why so many of them are moving out of the US. They are trying to run from the law like Gunner is saying.

    If you use a fictitious name, it is not a DMCA notice. That's the whole good faith clause. A DMCA notice missing any critical component is worthless.

    Depending on the site your stream is your property. You would have to look at the contract if you signed one. If you didn't sign one, it's your property. Traditional copyright law gives the actual recorder of the images the copyright.

    You can send a DMCA notice but you will have to disclose your personal information. This info will be sent to the poster so they can file a counter notice if they wish.
