    I don't think the actual amount of followers is important, but having them is useful. If you look near the top of a your broadcast page, you can send an email to all of your followers letting them know when you're online.

    Try Skyprivate. The verification is fairly quick, you set your own prices, and they'll even tweet updates for you if you want. CamModelDirectory is really great too, but verification can take a long time. Admin will also want to interview you over skype, but all you have to show them is your face.

    I just block and report. I have very little patience these days for scammers. And if you're on CMD, report them to the site's admin and they'll get placed on the Crooked Client list so other models know not to even bother.
