    i finally got approved then i logged in my account and uploaded my ID photo yesterday. today i tried to log in and it said An error has occurred! We were unable to authenticate your account. Contact us for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(!!!

    because i've signed up and i didn't get approved i didn't get the email that says that my account is approved i can't log in... so its not about my ID

    i didn't get approved so obviously its not about the ID. the thing is that i've tried to sign up many times but i never received an email from them about the approval

    Hey guys i was trying to sign up on MFC for like over two months! i've tried different emails and i emailed them but there's no response! why don't i get approved?
