    I didn't see your stream, so I couldn't say anything specific to you, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone use a phone as their camera and have a stream quality that was very watchable. Even if your built in camera isn't good, I'd try doing another shift with it, and see if that improves...

    If it genuinely makes you uncomfortable, don't do it. Although that being said, not being comfortable with doing more hardcore acts like penetration doesn't mean you can't cam- it is possible to be non nude or non explicit and still do well.

The fact that your privacy policy isn't set in stone before you took the site live is concerning to me...

    Download the logitech Webcam controller software (it should be on the product support page for the specific model you have, although it may be the same for all, not sure). That program will have a checkbox for auto focus.

    There's also the point of perceived value- if something is super cheap, people perceive it to be less valuable. Have you experimented around with different prices for flashes/countdowns at all? Sometimes raising them a little (but still in line with what other models are asking), can help.

    I could sleep all day every day if left unattended. I feel like lately I sleep like 8-10 hrs and still feel constantly exhausted, but I think it has a lot to do with anxiety/stress, that shit really messes with your sleep.
