    Your best bet would be to look for tutorials on Twitch streaming for the nitty gritty. I don't think there's any way around using OBS or similar software. I'm willing to help, but how effective that would be over forum posts is questionable, especially since I haven't used a Mac since 1999ish...

    I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7, and it struggles when I have OBS set to output 4K. The speed test built into OBS suggested 1080p. My desktop computer on the other hand does just fine. Wouldn't the image get down-sampled or otherwise scaled down rather than cropped to only ¼ the image?
