    I hope to have some news next week, I contacted again the mail they give us (phase2 etc... etc). I'm very frustrated about this fact and cannot access money it's for me a big problem and it's bigger not to know if they were lost at all. I hope not !

    Thanks to Dan, I tried to communicate with Choice bank and they're replied it to me to wait. I can wait but my patience it's not endless, I hope they will give them a timing to have money back ( I have money on choice bank and they can't load anymore to my card)

    I received this too from email@firstchoicepay.com I don't understand if they mean thant only the amount I have on the card will be returned by wire or the amount I have on choice bank too?

    When I wrote to support (2 days ago) they told me the only way they have is refunding by bank wire. They don't told me the timing.
