    The model needs to contact support. They will not tell you anything because of confidentiality and privacy for the model.

    Yes I am ultimate member but I think that is just in response time, it should have nothing to do with filing a ticket. When the live chat worked it still took time for them to reply same as sending an email.

    I have and they tell me to contact ZenDesk myself but there is no way as a user of a site that has a contract with ZenDesk to contact them about a simple broken link on stripchat that has an obvious coding error

    You are on a phone, I am using my computer. I think they seem to be concentrating more on the phone app than the actual web pages. Be nice if they would fix it.

    It seems so of those of us posting here anyways. I messaged support multiple times to see about getting mine fixed but they keep telling me to contact ZenDesk myself but I am not a customer of ZenDesk, stripchat is, so I am just stuck with it broken it seems....lol

    I guess they want to "hide" the fact they have tipped as much as they have. Models tend to treat higher level users with more expectations of being tipped well than lower levels. I see users I know are over level 80 as level 10 or 20 and they sit and park in a models room without much being...

    users can mask their level. If you see someone that was level 55 or above with lower level they changed it. They can be level 10, 20, 35 , or 55

    On the model pages and on the favorites page is would be good to have a small glyph like the have for interactive toy or phone that is a simple "HD" so we know which models are broadcasting in HD.

    A moderator cannot ban anyone and you can remove them as fast as you granted moderator privileges if they are out of control.

    Moderators on CB and knights on SC can only mute users .. the model is the only one that can ban a user. Even though a moderator or knight can be removed as easily as it is granted it seems models tend to keep the most toxic ones
