    And also, old home remedy my nan used to do for me, at least it seemed to help ;) before you go to bed, rub your feet with vicks, a pretty thick layer and then put a pair of cotton socks on and a pair of woolen socks óver that. (so two pair) you'll sweat it all out!

    Re: Countdowns I quite like/liked yellow walls, I always based my countdown off my my total token count, so it wasn't too complicated. and if I would get disconnected or something I would just adjust my goal to a round number, and I'd be good to go. a few tokens lost is not the end of the world...
