    PayPal was my first thought too, and could be, but I've never seen (and couldn't find) a PayPal logo in a heart like that. Could be they just took the PayPal "P" and put a heart around it to fit the design of the other logos.

    Sam, I hope this isn't too late to help. First click the top icon to the right of the video image. The tool tip says "Live Webcam - Source". Then click the "Advanced" button in the panel that appears to the right. In the window that pops us, click the tab "Video Proc Amp"

    It seems to predate even that. A similar phrase appeared in Nicholas Proffitt's book about Vietnam era soldiers Gardens of Stone, published in 1984 (movie made in 1987). Proffitt was in the Army in the 1960's and later served as a war correspondent in Vietnam.
