    Didn't you save the 10 backup codes you were given when you enabled 2FA? When you get your account back SAVE THE BACKUP CODES. I don't know if SC supports it, but also enable a second 2FA method (SMS message etc).

    Ask her to check her list of banned users to see if you are on it. You may have been "fat finger banned", i.e. she accidentally clicked "Ban user" when she did not mean to. Or, she is lying to you and doesn't want to admit, for some reason, that she banned you. 🤷‍♂️

    Well, SM doesn't send money directly to Cosmo, SM's bank sends money to Cosmo and it likely passes through other financial institutions as well. So just because Cosmo is not affected does not mean SM's bank is not affected. Given banks always work on "the next business day" it is not surprising...

    Yes. In the desktop browser when the model goes "offline", i.e. stops her stream, she may still be online and in the room. In this case she will still appear in the list of users and you can still send messages, PMs etc. However, in the desktop browser version you have to been in the room...
