    If you use carrots use the carrot tops as well. They contain tons of nutrients!! Me and a few friends have tried 10 day reboots and all have lost lots of weight and did feel better and 'clearer' after.

    I think the system is too easily manipulated. If you can just tip yourself to get to the top then it really isn't keeping track of anything and should have some kind of red flag for people with extremely high scores so they can be weeded out from the people who are trying to have honest cam scores.
