    Iv'e been resubmitting them for 7 days now .I am going crazy. Did you make it work? It's the frigging face and ID photo. They expect the tiny writing to also show up IMPOSSIBLE .

    They are literally telling me over and over that they don't get them when it says scan looks good, all sent. Liz keeps saying take it again. The app software SUCKS

    Mine went away at first, like the other girl on this thread. But she wasn't approved. I made anotehr $200, then it stopped me fully and I never got back on. I have sent so many redos.
