    Cam Models That Are Rude

I understand, and I can understand the stress of it. MFC has so many models at this point that it's hard to rise and stay up. I'm just saying the behavior I'm talking about won't help.

    Cam Models That Are Rude

In this situation, it does matter. It would be dishonest to say it doesn't. But make sure to read my whole post. Looks aren't the most important factor in model success, in my observation. It's personality. I could name one model in particular who is (my opinion) very attractive, but whose rank...

    Cam Models That Are Rude

I know a lot about being a tipper. ;) The best models are the ones who prepare, but once they log on, they just chill and let it happen (or not). They're just hanging out online, the same way the members are. They log on consistently, and always treat people well. And - they look really good...

    Cam Models That Are Rude

They're definitely free to not log on. I'm talking about how they act once they do. The ones that create an atmosphere that welcomes everyone in (and look really good) are the ones that get tipped.

    Cam Models That Are Rude

I'll pick one online right now to illustrate the right way - LexiVixi. In the Top 5 almost every month. She's not one I hang out with much, but she always seems to just chat and joke with everybody, without regard to tipping. And then she has tip options and countdowns, which are very high...

    Cam Models That Are Rude

They're free to try whatever tactics they want, but I've seen this repeatedly as a model death spiral, as their rank and tips decline. I guarantee I'm not the only one who feels this way, the only lost tips for those models. Most are just silent about it. And there is an analogy to somebody...

    Cam Models That Are Rude

Already said it, but - the name of the site I'm talking about is - My - Free - Cams. The whole premise behind the site is that talking to models is free. If you want them to do more, you tip. My usual MO is to start in Guest mode, lurk and browse, and if I see a model I feel like talking to...

    Cam Models That Are Rude

I'm going to add on to this thread, instead of starting a new one. I'm not endorsing the OP's idea of a "list", which is foolish. But I have noticed a shift lately (I'm going to be talking about MyFreeCams here, because it is the only site I frequent) that I don't think is good for anyone...

It is your suspicious nature. I'm not famous, and I'm glad I'm not. And I don't have my own experience with this. I'm just trying to understand what the situation is more clearly. I disagree with the people trying to say you should have no expectation of privacy. I strongly disagree with that...

Maybe not clear enough. If somebody famous went c2c with only one model, and then it started being talked about all over Twitter, the member would know that model told people about it. If he complained to MFC, she would be in trouble, according to their rules. Anyway, I think everything has...

Should add though - if someone famous went c2c with you on MFC, even if you only told your husband, that technically would be violating the rules. You would be counting on him keeping the secret and it going no further.

No, of course not. I was assuming it was clear because of the previous posts. We're talking about exposing someone's real identity as being on MFC, and/or sharing anything they said/posted/cammed on the site. Basically what AriaNina did, but with chat/images/etc you got through MFC, not Twitter.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to publicize someone's CC info under any circumstances. And again, definitely against MFC's rules, which prohibit sharing anyone's personally identifiable information.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm talking about releasing that information tied to the member's personally identifiable information. If it all stays anonymous, like "look what JerkOff523 posted", no problem. But telling the world what "famous actor X" told you on MFC would be a problem. Hopefully...

Yeah, maybe. But MFC does have rules about it, that say "what happens on MFC stays on MFC". So like we've been saying, a model who exposes anything said to her by a member on the site should be fired by the site. That should even include telling one other person, like that person's spouse.

Yeah, it all took place on Twitter, so MFC is not involved. I looked at her Twitter a few minutes ago, and she had a tweet @ some guy with a lot of followers saying she wanted to lick his balls. She did a show with a YouTube vlogger where she was offering to have sex with him on the spot, then...

Probably. The model is basically like an artist, paid to produce content for the site minute by minute. There would have to be some extra factor for MFC to be liable, but the model definitely could and should lose her account and banned from the site. A more complicated, but common scenario: a...

They're not salaried employees, they're described as "work for hire" in MFC's Terms, and MFC owns all content produced on the site. They are paid by MFC, the money goes through them. Their rules forbid anyone, model or member, from releasing anyone else's personal info obtained on the site. So...

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm just guessing based on limited knowledge. If you gave your info to a bank teller and they released it, I don't know if there's a scenario where the bank would be liable. The employee definitely would. The would be immediately fired, and the rest would be up to civil...

Update - looked at the AriaNina/ShayCarl stuff a little more, and if she released images or video of him, that would qualify as "revenge porn", which is now illegal in many places. Not sure about the text. The more you read about it, the worse she looks. Wow. Had never been in her room before...
