    I haven't went that far down the rabbit hole with this. I guess I could help by right-clicking their names and just reporting them for their activities, but the sheer numbers of people doing this at the current time would take me to task beyond what I would probably want to spend time doing.

    Yes. That and any rendition of 18xx.com and others. It's really starting to become an issue in many of the top rooms. if the financial return for spamming these links is good enough to risk losing a purple account, then CB has problems bigger than they realize.
