    Did you upload any photo content in the activity feed? At the moment if customers purchase the content you submitted in the Activity Feed, they will be displayed as 'Video purchase' in your earnings reports. We're working on changing that to make it more clear what that purchase is for.

    It's in no one's advantage to discourage customers from spending as much as they want to. The icon indicating that the toy is connected is being shown on the member's end. If they see it otherwise, they should get in touch with our customer support or file a report to investigate.

    Hi, the live snapshot cannot be turned off - that's the only way you can have a biopic while you stream online. The snapshot is available for 24h on your account, but it can be changed at any point while you stream and are in public (free) chat.

    In the live stream, yes that's totally allowed. You cannot use copyrighted music in the recorded videos though - the only music allowed is the one from our playlist.
