    So I checked on the situation with this model and she closed the account, then reactivated it and since she did not stream, that's the way it is displayed on the site. In the moment she'll stream, she'll appear normally. There's no technical glitch related to her account. :)

    One other thing to mention: did you see that we added a predictive schedule on the model's profile? This is being displayed on the user's side and it uses the last 8 weeks of stream times to predict the days and hours a model will be online. :)

    The best would be if you would request the content to be removed, as you are the owner of it and can be removed upon your request. The ID docs won't be exposed anywhere, just make sure you use the official DMCA form to request the content to be removed.

    Hi, yes, we can file DMCA request in our models names. Make sure you collect the direct URL's to the video content and write up a request to support. If you are in direct contact with your Streamate rep. you can forward these requests to the rep as well.

    I am only helping performers from Europe. Make sure those model accounts have everything uploaded, all the documentation, account info etc. If they are incomplete, they don't enter in our queue for approval.

    I understand what you say, but what I try to say is that if it's a picture that does not show the actual performer, it's not going to be approved. We are working on adding back the schedule on the website, which will be much better than how the previous one was. :)

    I have mentioned this in another thread: the only way users can control your interactive vibe is by pairing it through SMConnect. See the guide about this in streamatehelp.com

    The 20% referral from the spendings with other models appear in your earnings report as 20% cammodels and the direct spending appear as +40% cammodels
