    I was just looking today myself checking. Out of the 40 or so rooms I checked, only only one was using higher than 10. I would guess most don't know about it.

    Right, you agreed to another 10 minutes. Doesn't matter if the first one ended, again, for whatever reason. You sent the private and agreed to another 10 minutes. That is on you. If you think you should get a refund for that, I see why support isn't responding to you.

    Was messing around with my private setting today and see that you can now set a private longer than a 10 minute minimum. See that 15, 20, 25, and 30 is now offered. Personally thinking about changing mine to 15 just to try it out, but still not sure.
