    Yes and this is where I think it becomes questionable, when they are attempting to cater to language preference by location sorting. As if once you cross a particular border, everyone must speak a particular language and no others.

    I don't know about CB specifically, but I'm inclined to think they "favor" performers who make the most money for them, if that's what you call rewarding them with good placement. I think viewers on an English-speaking site favor performers who speak English, and the sites cater to that preference.
