    If CB is asking for a passport then you must use a passport. Philippine ID card is not sufficient for them. It does not matter what you think is sufficient. It is CB site and what they want they must get to verify you

    Have you tried to stream without using OBS? Just using browser If that works then the problem is with OBS settings. If it doesn't work then it is your ISP blocking things I think it is useless trying to fix problems with OBS without doing this to make sure it is OBS issues

    If you have been banned from CB before they will always ban any new accounts made. Making new accounts to get around a ban is breaking the TOS
