    Most likely cause is that you have had a previous account that was banned. If that is the reason then you can not make any new accounts since they will be banned as soon as you try to age verify. You as a person may have been banned and not just an "account"

    Unless they have sent you an email saying it is permanent then it is most likely just a temp ban. They almost never tell you how long that temp ban is. Just try and log in every couple of days
