    I've never used one either but I do believe that when some people get angry they can say hateful hurtful things that they don't really mean that's completely out of their character.

    Sometimes when someone is angry enough at someone they say whatever they think is going to do the most damage even if they don't mean it. They aren't going to lift that permanent ban. I would be shocked if they did.

    That's not how things work, the account belongs to the studio. If you want you can request to remove your IDs from an account but I think that's best done from an email address associated to another verified account of yours.

    Why do you suspect that? Are you in a country that might be trying to limit your upload bandwidth to CB based on the domain names you are accessing?

    as far as I know all sites ban or severely limit you if you receive enough chargebacks, they don't have a choice if their chargeback rate becomes too high they will be punished.

    Never personally tried this and it may not work but you could try setting up the new account, submitting IDs but don't sign the broadcaster agreement then provide the username to your client and see if that's enough for him to be unsuspended.
