I actually use a prepaid debit for my payments from MFC & CB. It's an American Express Serve card. I've never bought tokens with it, but it looks like it would work for MFC, at the very least. It's free to reload at a lot of locations (unlike Green Dot) and if you get direct deposit, they waive the account fee for the month you got direct deposit. I think the account fee is only like $5/month.
