Banned without explanation

My account was banned without explanation of what violation I committed. Just a message stating they believed that I violated the terms of service. I sent a support ticket and was given the automated reply that support was looking into this, although I don't believe anyone has. It's been a couple weeks without any other correspondence. I apologize for not having my ticket number. I will find it and post a reply with it. The username is the same as the name here. Could you please assist me with this @punker barbie

Okay, good news first. I received an email from support stating that the ban is liftedi⁰⁷and I could return to the website. YAY!!!!
The bad news. I logged in and the account still says it is banned. How frustrating. Any suggestions? I'm so eager to play!!! Milove4u2

Usually it takes a day or two for the ban lifting to work itself through their system. Just have some patience

Can someone please help or point me in the right direction to get help because I am really getting frustrated. This morning I received an email from support apologizing for the problem and I was able to login and enjoy the website. I did login and was very happy, no ban, after list of favorites and my collection all as I remember. This was a great morning until I decided to make a purchase and as soon as my account was loaded with tokens,BANNED again. Ridiculous
