Hi! I work rith a studio. Started around on March 24 2025. I still work on cb under a studio. The studio is good, however turned out that they have problems with their studio account. Their studio accont on cb got suspended for violating the rules of the platform. Unfortunately it affected me as well since my accoun ella_lee15 is linked to their studio accont. I am not getting my funds that I have earned since march 24 2025 to 26 of April 2025. I didn't know about this problem. I do not violate the rules of the platform.
I told the strudio owner that I want to unlinik my cb account ella_lee15 and keep broadcasting as an independent broadcaster or find another stuio and work there. I do not want to lose my acccount and the funds that I have earned because I dedicated a lot of time and put a lot of work in it. The studio owner approved my decision. I reached the chaturbate support. They quickly answered and asked for the document of the studio owner approving my leaving. The document were sent around a week ago, but the support hasn't answered yet, only sent the automatic response. Please, I am asking for help

I want to keep my account, preserve the tokens I have earned, and continue working on Chaturbate as a streamer, but independently from the old studio. The old studio has approved my decision. Chaturbate support has not yet responded to my emails after the studio owner's documents were sent. Before this, I contacted support, and they replied asking for the owner's documents.
