My account was randomly banned, please help

So my account was recently banned, I did not do anything wrong or outside of ToS rules. I can only recall being away from the camera for like a minute and came back. I had no problems with any users within the live stream. Then as I was streaming, I just got banned.

I recently wrote to support within the page, to ask the reasons why. I have only gotten a automated response. This was about 12-13 hours ago.

My cb username is petite_tanya.

Any help would much appreciated.

Thank you for your help! They replied back with a response and was given a warning, though it was a misunderstanding. Since it was something a user requested me to say/write back to him in exchange for the user tipping me. I was not aware of certain words being offensive, but I will be more careful from now on!

They said to confirm the email and situation, in order to remove the suspension. Which I just confirmed and sent back. So hopefully the suspension can be lifted quickly. If possible @punker-barbie maybe you could further see into it. Many thanks for your help and much appreciated!
