Hi ,new here ..
I'm a user on stripchat and I have some questions...
So I don't like doing cam so waht I do is send my photo and I like the girls to put it on there phone obviously they only do this in pvt as they can't on the forum or people will see.
They delete my photo after from there phone which is fine ..
But what way does the video work after .
I get a copy but does the model also get a copy and can she upload that somewhere without my knowledge..
I'm told by stripchat they can't as it might show me in the video on the models phone.
Just a little worried about it..
Also any models know after how long does your account lose its saved shows ..
Or do you get to keep them for as long as you like..
What if a model did try to load a video somewhere else woukd she be banned and lose all her tokens or what happens.
Has this actually ever happened..
Or maybe private chats posted somewhere..
What actions would be taken or am I safe in pvt chat..

Also on deleting my account .

If I do a full GDPR deletion does stripchat still keep a copy or is it gone for ever as it should be..
This can be very private intimate stuff so I would like to know when it's gone it's gone and no chance of retrieving it..

It depends on if you are doing a "private" or "exclusive private" show. Models get copies of "private" shows but not exclusive private. The private show copies they can save forever or delete them when they want.

The model is the copyright holder of the video and can upload it anywhere she wants

Yes, but also no. If his face appears in the stream and he isn't verified there aren't a lot of legit sites that would allow that to be uploaded.

That said OP, nothing is safe. Some things are safer than others but nothing is safe on the internet. If you don't want it to be found, don't do it.

He does not need to be verified to post it to twitter of telegram and many many other places other than cam sites that would require his age verification be on file.

I don't consider those to be legit sites. That's my bias, though. I guess what I mean is anywhere of real consequence. I was under the impression Twitter buries explicit material posts even though they supposedly allow porn now. It's hard to keep up.

I only shared it in picture and she took a photo of me on her phone..
I was told it's not possible to upload it anywhere as its illegal to have someone else who's not registered in the show ..

People can do anything. They could just never delete the pic and blackmail you. Your account could be compromised. She could record her screen w OBS and post it.

The only thing you can control is yourself, so just don't take the risk - once it’s out of your control you can’t put it back in

Let’s say I’m the model. You sent me this photo, and I’ve decided to keep it and do something shitty with it because I’m a bitch.

I run said photo thru facial recognition and then, I find your personal social media and maybe your family and I send it to them or post it. I do this on a burner account so no one knows it is me.

Stripchat may have no way of telling which model did this, nor do they have any real incentive to do anything, but if they do ban me- the damage to your life is already done.

Similarly, let’s say I the model have the recording of the show and decide to post it. Clip sites won’t take it but there are plenty of free porn sites out there, some which I can earn income via affiliate links or ads- and I post it. From there, people download the video and share it on even more sites- meaning the model can’t even pull it down any more.

What do you think strip chat can do in that situation? Nothing. Ban the model if they can prove she did it, but what if it was you, with your own recording. Maybe trying to get back at the model? They don’t know.

Once you send an image to someone else in any way shape or form, the lid on Pandora’s box is open and it is out of your control.

Regardless of strip chats rules, copyright laws and revenge porn laws - the Internet is forever and you will never be fully safe.

Stop sending your photo to models if you are worried, if you read all this and still do it then frankly you deserve whatever consequences happen. There is no way to effectively mitigate this risk.

As you have already been told, that is on a legit cam site where they require age verification for everyone on camera. There are many other places it could be posted that do not have these requirements

The damage might be done but they woukd catch the model for sharing it and I'm sure she would get a massive fine ..
Stripchat would surely give them the details to track her down.
Models I believe when signing up have to give ID so that woukd be on file ..

Also this was about 4 or 5 months ago and why would she put it elsewhere when she knows the police will see her and track her back to stripchat..

I have a friend who is being stalked and harassed - she has a PERMANENT restraining order against this man because he continually threatens her physical safety. Recently he has been making new accounts on Onlyfans and Instagram to harass her (along with trying to kill her pet, and doxxxing her around her neighbourhood). Physically following her.

The police won't even issue a criminal subpoeana to Onlyfans or Intsa to PROVE that it is him making the accounts so that she can press charges. They also wont arrest him because by the time they arrive when she calls them, the guy is gone. Even though she physically witnessed him following her.

IF she can't get help from the police, what do you possibly think they will do for you?
