On 3/3/25, my Chaturbate account was banned. The ban happened just moments after I age verified my profile in order to receive tokens. (No, it was not a fake ID, and yes, I am over 18.) The ID itself was verified but a few minutes later, my profile was banned. I have not streamed before and have not done anything to violate terms of service, so I believe the ban was automated and done in mistake.

I emailed support ([6J5JR2-V05YD]) but have not yet heard back.

Thanks for getting back to me. The support team did respond, however, the information they provided pertaining to this ban is actually incorrect. They provided personal details about my account that are wrong, and thus banned me mistakenly. I responded with evidence to disprove the claims they made, but I have still not heard back.

If possible, I would be happy to discuss these details with you privately (as the relevant information contains personal account details). It's been very frustrating that my account is still banned even after I swiftly provided documentation that should rescind the ban.
