I head up the talent recruiting division for the Streamate Network. I've been with Streamate for 10 years, and it has been quite the experience thus far! I don't claim to know everything about this industry- it is ever-changing, and I am constantly learning new things. However, I'm glad to share any knowledge that I do have if asked. I absolutely love working in Adult! I'm really grateful to have been given the opportunity to do what I love- working with people- and have such a supportive team and environment to do so. I feel that this industry is just for me.
Probably the highlight of this past year has been meeting several cam models in person during various events: these are people whom I've worked with, watched, corresponded with, or have had online exchanges with over the years. I know about bits and pieces of their 'IRL's' and some of them know mine... it's totally surreal that this is just normal life. I wouldn't have it any other way. Well, maybe more get-together's and throwing back cocktails from time-to-time.
So some personal details: I'm originally from San Diego, CA and I'm now in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! I have 2 little girls. I love Yoga, being in the sun, working out, the beach, and trying new restaurants... so many options here in Seattle. I live in the more 'coastal' part of the city, and it reminds me so much of SoCal. I think self-care is key to keeping life in balance. I love networking and the opportunity to meet and genuinely get to know people. I think this industry can be cutthroat, however, there are also really good and really solid people in it.
Business-wise: I'm looking to introduce potential performers to our product, and what we have to offer. Camming is definitely not one-size-fits all, and everyone has preferences... it's just a matter of finding what works best for you. Simple. I am in-house at SM, and like to assist new models one-on-one as much as I can. In recent years, this also includes an influx of xxx film people. I don't judge performers based on what site they work on... I know our industry can be clique'ish like that at times, but ya know... always happy to share the knowledge about SM with whoever wants to know. I'm interested in trends, how performers are using various mediums/resources/tools to improve and expand their businesses, how things are changing, etc.
I think we (us on ACF and otherwise) are in a unique position to be in such an opportunity-rich industry that is constantly expanding and thriving... I'm very grateful for that. I look forward to being more active on here! (Thanks, Amber!)
